Paul Jerome

After teaching science for 9 years at The Hayling School, I have now left to become an IT lecturer at South Downs College.

 I sing and play the guitar. I am a member of Havant Light Opera, who mainly perform the works of Gilbert and Sullivan.

 Narrowboat Section

 Alison's Father's narrowboat, Hendrika. Pictured on a very frosty morning on the Kennet and Avon canal.

 The pedal powered narrowboat Escargot, pictured at the IWA national festival at Salford Quays. We are trying it out. It was hard work, but very satisfying to be moving silently and with no pollution. With more development of the propulsion unit it could be a viable alternative. The picture is taken from the IWA magazine, Waterways.
